I have learned the best way to perform wudu is to put water in nose and then expel it. This part I have never mastered after nearly ten years as a practicing Muslim! I put the water in but it almost never expels back out no matter what I do. I see videos of people with water flowing right out like a stream and it never works. The water just stays in my nose! Any ideas would be appreciated as it also can lead to headaches and worries during fasting when the water won’t expel.
