So, this is the first year that I have attempted fasting. I try to work out at least three days a week, and I must say that it does seem to have a greater degree of difficulty than during non-fasting months. What I try to do is get up early and get my workout in before I start feeling fatigued. I have thought about waiting until after dinner and then going to the gym, but I find that I don’t really regain any energy after eating before it is time to go to bed. How is everyone else managing? Does anyone have any good tips? On the subject of fitness, one good thing is that I am Losing some extra weight, as I can’t possibly over eat for the whole day in one meal!
