Can we do part of Ghusl in the sink?

Like with our mouth and nose? I can’t rinse my mouth and nose in the shower idk why it’s hard. Can we do it in the sink and move to the shower later to complete ghusl?

Also what about your bum? Can I use a bidet instead of going down with my hand? Like leave the shower, go to the bidet, then back in the shower. Also, do we have to touch back there or is does it suffice to just have water spraying there as long as it covers everything?
