al salam alaykom brothers and sisters I am a Muslim ( alhamdulillah) but I don't read the Quran a lot. many time I find myself in an argument with my nonbeliever friends and they ask me questions such as how can you believe in a god you don't see or how do you know that there is a god for real etc. so what are some signs that has been explain in Quran that can explain the existence of Allah? what makes Islam different from other religions? how can you scientifically prove the correctness of Islam? I am not talking about providing a proof for Islam being the religion of peace or how all humans are equal and how they should worship Allah. also,I am not trying to question the existence of Allah but there must be other reasons or facts that had been mentioned in Quran that can be scientifically be proofed.
