How do you say no to kissing on the cheak in your company ?

Salam Aleykoum everyone.

I am working in a company where everyone kisses everyone on the cheak men and women. People I work with know I only shake hands but others that don't realy know me doesn't know, so 2 minutes ago I saw a Muslim brother I was waiting to salute him a Lady came from behind and went to kiss me on the cheak with closed eyes, I kind of panicked and kissed back and now I feel guilty.

I usualy have some techniques when I see a girl coming, I show my hand way before she come close.

Any tips ?
