Anyone else's comments here been screenshotted and posted on a random subreddit?

I posted a comment on here a few weeks ago and then I get a tag today from some random subreddit with my username and said comment posted. They even stalked my profile enough to find out which city I supposedly live in. I'm not even mad about them discussing my comment, but why post my username also?
