Hi, as I understand it in Islam, this life is a test administered by God to see who is worthy to enter heaven by their good deeds, and who isn't. My question is, why is the test unequal for different people. For example, Let's say there's two muslims one of them lives in a poverty stricken area, and they have lots of disease and hardship, and the other lives in a nice area with a wealthy family, and has a comfy life. Let's say both of these people do as many good deeds as they can, they're good people by every criteria in islam. For one of these people, doing good deeds was much easier than it was for the other, and so the path to heaven was easier.

What I'm getting at is, if this life is a test, and we only have one shot, why is it easier for some than it is for others. Are there hadith that comment on this?
