r/ScriptureDiscussion is looking for a moderator who is fairly knowledgeable in Islamic theology. Your role would basically be to pick a weekly passage from a Muslim text to be discussed, and give a bit of context for it for non-Muslim readers. You can also give advice on how I can represent Muslims better on there. Previous moderating experience won't influence my choice at all.

What is r/ScriptureDiscussion? It's a sub for members of all religions to discuss theology. The goal is to get a mod from each major religion to give 1 text passage or document a week, with each religion having a designated day. It's also a good place for people to make a post asking about the meaning of a passage.

Thank you for considering!
