So as the title said, I'm interested in Islam. I grew up in a mostly Catholic home though I didn't really end up being Catholic now that I'm older. I don't really have much of a life and was hoping religion may be able to fill in a hole in it. I'm hoping someone here can help me out and tell me what Islam is all about and such because to be honest, I know just about absolutely nothing about it.
Also I know the rules of the subreddit mention going to the wiki for frequently asked questions like "What is Islam" but that page won't load for me no matter how many times I try. Plus human interaction is always more fun
