I'm Eastern Catholic and I'm quite content with my creed. However, of late, I have been influenced by Louis Massignon, a giant in 20th century Catholicism who had a favorable view towards the Prophet and the religion of Islam.
I had three dreams this week and I was wondering if any of you have had something similar.
The first was in which my Muslim neighbor was calling me to the front of the masjid. I told him that I can't but he told me that I should not be afraid and that I should go ahead to the front.
The second was at a Shia masjid in which people were coming out of (I think) Ashura commemorations in which I saw many lamentations.
The third was the most profound, I reckon. I was in Mecca with my whole family praying in front of the Kaaba and walking around the city looking for places to eat. It felt so ethereal and it was also a bit strange since my family is anti-Islam.
Have any of you had something like these dreams? I am not sure what to make of them.
