For those who don't know in the 1990s there was a bunch of turmoil in the Balkans. A bunch of people were getting killed, including Muslims, but also the Croatians (mostly Christian) and some other ethnic minorities.

Long story short America invades, stops the genocide, and the human right situation improves dramatically. They occupy the area for awhile but leave relatively quickly. WEll that's my take on it any way because I just started reading it but I was wondering what your guys's thoughts were. I don't have really comprehensive knowledge of it so I'm not sure if america did anything bad over there, or bad enoguh to warrant not going there in the first place. Thoughts?
