Assalam o Alikum my brothers and sisters. I'm 23/M from a pretty conservative background. They way I'm raised I find it too hard to interact with the opposite gender. But studying in a co-education atmosphere for 4 years has solved that matter to a certain extent. Still I can't look them in the eye even while talking to them, I Just don't feel comfortable. To my knowledge there's a Hadeeth as well, prohibiting men to look at women for a second time. So my question is, What to do? What can I do? What should I do?
