From what I have read and seen, there is blood in liver even after slaughtering and draining the blood. Verse 6:145 in the Quran forbids "running/pouring blood" ("daman masfoohan) while other verses simply say "ad-damma." What would you do with the liver? How would you prepare it? I plan on eating it raw.
