I love trying different body lotions. If I don’t apply a good lotion, my skin tends to be itchy and thus I always keep testing lotions available in the market. I saw VLCC Active Fruits Damage Repair Body Lotion with buy 1 get 1 offer. This is one of the body lotions from their winter care range. I gave it a try and here is my review on the same.

My Experience with VLCC Active Fruits Damage Repair Body Lotion:

The body lotion comes in a light pink plastic bottle with a flip open cap.

The product is very light pink in colour and is runny in consistency. It claims to have the goodness of pomegranate, argan oil and shea butter. It has SPF 25 too. The product application is very easy due to the texture. It gets absorbed into the skin easily. Once absorbed, it gives a very healthy look to the skin.

There is no greasy residue but a light sheen indicating moisturized and hydrated skin. The product moisturizes the skin well and after use, I can say that it nourishes the skin adequately and makes the skin look healthy. But, the product has to be applied at least twice or thrice a day as the lotion doesn’t provide enough moisturization that is required for the entire day. I have normal skin and it needs extra moisturisation in winter. I think this would not be a good choice in winters. Also, it smells fruity but nothing like shea butter. Only good thing is that it is paraben free. It is a very light body lotion which is apt for summer. I am disappointed as it is not good enough for dry and aging skin but it claims to be damage repair.

• Leaves skin looking healthy and glowing.

Cons of VLCC Active Fruits Damage Repair Body Lotion:

• The moisturization is temporary as long as the lotion is applied.
• Not the best option for winter.

Will I Repurchase/Recommend VLCC Active Fruits Damage Repair Body Lotion?
I am not going to buy this again. But, I might give it a try in summer. I think you can skip it for now.
